Five Boundaries Meet at the Back Corner
The cul-de-sac lots on Ashland Ct are pie-shaped: narrow at the street, wide at the rear. That geometry has a consequence people rarely think about until a machine is running. On a cul-de-sac the rear boundaries converge, so a stump sitting near your back point can be within a few feet of three or four other properties.

If the gap is genuinely impassable, the flatter route on this plat is frequently through the neighbour whose lot is wide where yours is narrow. That is a conversation to have over the fence a week ahead.
